Trenton Thomas, 26, and Karlie Haycraft, 29, Passed Away After Fatal Meade County Crash

The Pathfinder then collided head-on with a Ford Fusion. Thomas was driving the Ford, while Haycraft was traveling as his passenger.
The impact resulted in the deaths of both Thomas and Haycraft. The Meade County Coroner pronounced them deceased at the scene at approximately 1:13 a.m.
Jenkins survived the crash but sustained life-threatening injuries. He was transported by helicopter to University Hospital in Louisville for treatment.
